OPEN GARDENS

For all Nanaimo Horticultural Society Members

We encourage all our members to share their gardens with other members. It would seem that no one ever feels their garden is exactly the way they want it and many of us have gardens in transition, major or minor. This is pretty much the norm for gardeners so don’t let it hold you back. We are all curious and want to see what everyone else is doing. We love seeing new-to-us plants and plant combinations, how gardeners overcome their challenges and the special little nooks and crannies of everyone’s garden. It’s all about sharing and talking about gardening.

If you are interested in opening your garden, let someone on the executive know. Remember to do it when there is still enough time to get the word out to everyone by way of the newsletter. We should have the information by the 20th of the month for the following month’s edition.
